A glamourous Paul Izzard-designed space celebrating the beverage traditions of the 1920s, The Churchill showcases the two most popular drinks of the age – gin and Champagne.
Choose from more than 160 gins, handpicked from around the world and closer to home, create a gin and tonic that’s all your own with the 10/10/10 menu, or if gin’s not your thing, select a glass of Sir Winston Churchill’s favourite drop, Pol Roger, from the Champagne trolley.
With flavours and dishes designed to complement the beverage offerings, The Churchill’s seasonal bar menu includes Ora King salmon tartare with salted cucumber, avocado labneh and sumac crisps; handpicked 55 day aged beef eye fillet tataki with shitake, edamame, soy mayo and picked daikon; and deconstructed pear and walnut tart with blackcurrant and coconut gelato.
