An evening of chutneys and cheese

Big thanks to Newton & Pott, KapitiWild WheatAwatere River Wines and Perrier for providing the delicious fare for yesterday's Modern Preserving event at Collected.

We loved hearing preserving extraordinaire Kylee Newton's inspirational story, and look forward to testing out her tips and tricks for making those summer peaches and nectarines last all year long.
